REST login API

Hi,

Is there a Login API in the REST web services that could be used to login to openmrs?

I saw the description of authentication here: https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/REST+Web+Services+API
but there was no API (key/value pairs) defined to login to the system

Any pointers on the login API method and its usage?

Thank you,
Sateesh

Re: REST login API

There is no specfic APi required.
In the calls you make, you have pass authentication in headers or in the URL.
This is done like Basic Authentication.
